If approved, you must ship the item back to us at the address provided in our reply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If
approved:
Refunds will be Credited to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
Items that are damaged or defective
Items shipped in error

for an exchange.
If exchanged is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7days
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped (whichever is
earlier). Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
